VCAABA was honored to have United States Magistrate Judge Jennifer T. Lum speak to its members at a dinner held at Paul's in Westlake Village on May 11, 2005.
Judge Lum is the first Chinese American woman appointed to the bench in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Judge Lum was formerly an Assistant United States Attorney for 12 years and Chief of the Major Frauds Section.
