VCAABA Founding Board Member Dino Inumerable Becomes First Asian American Commissioner of Ventura County Superior Court

On July 6, 2010, Ferdinand "Dino" Inumerable (formerly with the Ventura County Public Defender's Office) was sworn in by Judge Bruce Young as the newest Commissioner in Ventura County. This is a historic moment because Commissioner Inumerable becomes the first Asian American judicial officer of the Ventura County Superior Court! Commissioner Inumerable was a founding board member of VCAABA. Commissioner Inumerable's family (including two older brothers who are also attorneys in Los Angeles) and friends attending the ceremony were beaming with pride. Others in attendance to congratulate and support Commissioner Inumerable included: Presiding Judge Kevin McGee, Judge Colleen Toy White, Judge Edward Brodie, Judge James Cloninger, Judge David Hirsh, Commissioner William Redmond, the Court's Executive Officer/Clerk Michael Planet, other court staff, VCBA Secretary-Treasurer Dien Le, and other local attorneys. Commissioner Inumerable will be initially assigned to Courtroom 10.
